2. Affiliate Program Participation

3. Commission Structure

a. Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a 10% lifetime commission on recurring subscriptions they refer.

b. Payment Terms: Commissions are calculated monthly and paid according to Doho Digital LLC's schedule.

c. Minimum Payout: A minimum threshold for commission payouts may be implemented.

4. Affiliate Obligations

a. W9 Submission: Affiliates must submit a completed W9 form before any payments are issued.

b. Promotional Activities: Engage in ethical and legal promotional activities.

c. Brand Representation: Maintain the integrity and reputation of BizMate and Doho Digital LLC.

5. Cookie Tracking and Credit Claims

a. Cookie Duration: A 14-day cookie window is set for tracking referrals.

b. Credit Claims: Affiliates must report uncredited referrals within 30 days of signup with adequate proof.

6. Confidentiality and Professional Conduct

a. Confidentiality: Affiliates agree to keep Doho Digital LLC's information confidential.

b. Professionalism: Affiliates commit to representing the company in a professional manner.

7. Branding and Logo Usage

a. Brand Consistency: Affiliates must use only official BizMate and Doho Digital LLC logos and branding materials.

b. Logo Alteration: No alteration or use of different logos without prior written consent from Doho Digital LLC.

8. Chargeback and Payment Adjustments

a. Chargeback Policy: In case of customer chargebacks, the corresponding commission amount will be debited against future affiliate payouts.

9. Termination and Modification

a. Program Changes: Doho Digital LLC reserves the right to modify program terms.

b. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with notice.

10. Legal Compliance and Dispute Resolution

a. Jurisdiction: Any legal action or proceeding shall be conducted in the state of California.

b. Legal Compliance: Affiliates must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.

c. Indemnification: Affiliates agree to indemnify Doho Digital LLC against any legal claims.

11. Limitation of Liability

Doho Digital LLC is not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of California.
